Welcome to Perris Elementary, home of the Grizzly Bears!  This is my third year as principal here at Perris, and it is truly a wonderful place for students.

 It is our mission at Perris Elementary to give all students the opportunity and encouragement to reach their fullest potential.  The goal is for all students to master the necessary skills to be successful and productive citizens.  We provide students with a well-planned instructional program that stresses basic skills as well as a safe and clean environment.  We measure our successes by each individual child.

Parents play an important part in the educational process.  You are your child’s first  teacher.  As such, you are encouraged to get involved with the school experience and stay involved.  Together we can have a wonderfully positive impact on your child’s future.  We look forward to a fabulous year!

Join Perris Elementary School at our 5th Annual 5K Fun Run on Saturday, May 12th. Check-In begins at 7:00 a.m. and the race is at 8:00 a.m.

Location: The fun begins and ends at the Orange Empire Railway Museum, 2201 South "A" Street, Perris, CA 92570.

Registration:  7:00 - 7:55 a.m.

Race: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Recognition/Awards: 9:00 a.m.

Day of the Child Celebration:  9:00 - 12:00 p.m.

Come and read in your child's classroom. Join us for our Wake Up & Read Wednesday's. At 8:00 a.m. join us for a workshop first then go to the classroom to read. Our next Wake Up & Read is Thursday, June 7th.

Join us for our Annual Cinco de Mayo Festival on Friday, May 25th from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.There will be dances, games, popcorn, snow cones, food. Donations by Grade Level:

Kindergarten - Cakes for Cake Walk

1st Grade - Sodas (12/24 parks, any brand)

2nd Grade - Water Bottles

3rd Grade - 2-liter Bottle Soda

4th Grade - Sodas (12/24 packs, any brand)

5th grade - Lollipops

6th Grade - Empty or full eggs
